Manchester Christmas Markets

Hello everybody! It is time for another late blogpost, as today I am going to be sharing the pictures I took in Manchester when I went on a day trip with some of my favourite people; Jess, Nat, Daisy, Kate, Liv and Matt.

We got the train there, and I managed to get this gorgeous picture of Daisy.

We were all super hungry by the time that we got there, so me and Jess grabbed pasties/cupcakes from Greggs, whilst the others went into the Waitrose next door and got Whoopie Pies.

We then went to the Christmas Markets - sorry about this post being so vague, it's all hazy in my head from being so long ago.

Natalie had this ostrich burger, (I think Daisy's may have been lamb)

and Liv had Chow Mein.

We of course went shopping, in the Arndale Centre, where there were beautiful Christmas decorations that reminded me of snow and baubles.

Daisy, Nat and Matt had to leave, but Jess, Liv, Kate and myself decided to get dinner at Nandos- one of my favourite food places ever.

Panama Hatty's

This blogpost is soooo late, but hey ho.

For my birthday, we fancied a change in scenery and went to a restaurant that we'd never been to before called Panama Hatty's, and today I am going to be sharing with you the snaps that I took!

The interior was divine, swimming with warm lighting in a sea of chandeliers.

It had it's little quirks to, like these chairs!

We got soft drinks and a bottle of rosé to share whilst we waited for our starters.

Then it was time for starters!

My mum had a mushroom and stilton bake.

My sister had salt and pepper chicken wings which she loved.

I had Laredo Crunchy Chicken. This was ok at first but it started to become too aromatic and strong in my mouth. It was basically chicken with lemongrass in it, in breadcrumbs.

The presentation was lovely, I love the cute wooden boards!

Mains

My mum had Chicken Pago Pago which is described as breast supreme cooked in white wine, cream, prawns, pineapple and paprika, with baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Georgia had the classic house burger, which looked pretty good!

I had the Spicy Chicken Papousas which is described as 'Breast fillet with smoked Chipotle in a flour tortilla topped with melted mozzarella, Latina rice and sour cream'

This came and it was absolutely massive, in two dishes! I couldn't eat it all, no chance.

The wrap was absolutely gorgeous.

Now my personal favourite, dessert.

Mum had trifle which I don't like, but she said it was lovely.

My sister had chocolate fudge cake which looked amazing.

I had a cinnamon waffle with ice cream, because cinnamon is my absolute favourite. I cannot even begin to explain how good this waffle was.

Overall, Panama Hattie's was good. I probably wouldn't return, but for a one off it was great, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Have you ever been to a Panama Hatty's?

BULGARIA 2014

Hello everybody! As I write this, it is the day after boxing day and it's safe to say that I have the post-Christmas blues. It is snowing outside, my family have gone home, and I'm curled up in bed watching American Horror Story. It is now that time of the year where the best part of Winter is over, and we are waiting for the Summer to fall upon us again with her warm embrace. I've been looking at my pictures that I took in Bulgaria this Summer, and today I thought that I would share them with you to help shift some of your post-Christmas blues. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, and that you enjoy the pictures.

For breakfast at the airport, I had a latte, apple juice and an English Breakfast with Pancakes from Frankie and Benny's. So good! I'm not a huge fan of the trimmings such as eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms, so this was perfect for me as I liked everything it came with.

My Mum took this beautiful shot on the plane.

The rural side of Bulgaria is stunning.

The night we got there we went out for cocktails and milkshakes at a cute local bar.

One of the best women in the world. I love my Nanna.

We went on an excursion to a place called Khan's Tent. It's a beautiful tent shaped building in the mountains of Bulgaria, over looking the whole of the holiday destination Sunny Beach. It is surrounded by beauty, so I took so many pictures. I've spared you of most of them to save you from boredom, but I'm sharing some of my favourites. After exploring the grounds, we had a three course dinner inside, and then entertainment such as acrobatics, and then dancing for the guests.

I got my first fish pedicure in Bulgaria and it was on of the weirdest experiences of my life!
